As a communicator, Sheila has thirty years of experience as a platform, seminar and panel speaker. Through the use of story-telling, Sheila conveys fresh insights from God’s Word. With a testimony full of faith, hope, love and encouragement, Sheila equips and challenges women to experience God’s power through the daily application of His Word.  

Sheila has appeared on numerous Christian radio and television broadcasts, including The 700 Club and 100 Huntley Street. She is the author of Beyond Chaos, published by NavPress.  Sheila has been involved in Women’s Ministry for over 30 years, previously serving as Director of Women’s Ministry at churches in Michigan and Florida.  Sheila also serves with LifeWay Christian Resources as a Lifeway Ministry Multiplier, training women nationwide in Women’s Ministry.  She is the founder of Real Living Ministries, a speaking ministry challenging women to experience the peace, power, and joy of an intimate relationship with the Father through “intentionally living a God-shaped life.”

   As a businesswoman, Sheila’s background as an entrepreneur and President/CEO of a company that twice made the INC 500 list of America’s fastest growing companies, has brought her national recognition. She has been profiled in many publications, including INC Magazine and a feature article in USA Today. 

Sheila and her husband, John, are the parents of two children and are always eager to tell all who will listen about their eight precious grandchildren.
